The Strategic Partnerships & Communications Lead is responsible for strategy and all processes leading to the acquisition, retention, and engagement of vendors (small to mid-size businesses) who utilize the Avisare platform. At Avisare, we are creating a new category in the market which requires a novel approach to creative messaging and positioning. You are in charge of growing and owning the vendor network which will involve a variety of different initiatives such as presenting to chambers of commerce, exhibiting at conferences, partnering with business associations, and developing video & content marketing, etc. You will also be asked to analyze and interpret data collected on the Avisare platform to monitor usage and grow engagement. The Senior Account Manager is responsible for handling customer accounts daily, navigating large, bureaucratic organizations to build relationships at multiple levels. Our clients require a hands-on approach the encompasses both strategic assessment, data analysis and support/guidance on how to utilize the system to achieve results. Your job is to know everything you possibly can about your client and to make solving their problems your biggest priority. You are the problem-solver for your clients – the fixer. Successful account managers will know the issues that face your client, what their internal processes are and what vendors need to know to navigate the client’s procurement process effectively. By offering superior technical support to small, medium, and large businesses via Avisare, you become the client expert and are able to analyze their needs and offer tailored products for them as a natural extension of their team.

You are the point of contact on top initiatives between top management and other team members providing oversight and leading projects of high importance. In this highly visible role you will assist with high-profile client meetings, investor meetings, crafting external communication and general company management. Your primary tasks will focus on client engagement and successful execution of client contracts along with assessing which conferences, speaking engagements, interviews and thought leadership opportunities the CEO should tackle. You will be tasked with providing more structure, process, and administration to the office of the leader for improved efficiency and operations and driving those priorities through management of OKRs and key performance metrics.
