The technical Product Manager will assume responsibilities of the day-to-day product initiatives and manage the execution of engineering and data science milestones to support the product roadmap and goals for the Supplier network. He/she must be highly detail-oriented and comfortable working directly with engineering teams. The product manager will lead feature development and prioritization and build new products from existing ideas all focused on creating a superior user experience for suppliers – you are the creator. This role requires a unique blend of business and technical savvy; a big picture vision, and the drive to make that vision a reality. The role requires spending significant time in the field with suppliers to understand their problems and find innovative solutions to those problems. It also requires being detail-oriented to an extreme degree.
You will report directly to the CEO and work closely with the CTO. You will drive product design, conduct user experience surveys, manage a cross functional team of engineers, data scientists and UX designers. This role has the potential to become the director of product management given sufficient and demonstrable competence. This role will have cash and equity compensation.

You must be able to work in a fast-paced, start-up environment, deliver under strict deadlines and be comfortable with software systems.
